OVERNIGHT SERVICE PROGRAM

Why not use the Crytzer Computer Services overnight service program to update your computers.  Reserved only for businesses and organizations, the overnight service guarantees that your computer (maximum of two) will be picked up just before your business or office closes for the day and will be returned totally up to date by 9:00 AM the next morning.  If you have more than two computers arrangements can be made for weekend service.

When was the last time you took the time to update your office computer?  I don't mean using the automatic update options provided by Microsoft and your antivirus company.  I mean, when did you actually sit in front of the computer and search for necessary updates for the many programs and hardware drivers?  Chances are you have never taken the time to do it!

Well, don't feel like you are alone.  In fact, I don't know too many businesses or organizations who even realize that it is important to keep their computers up to date.  Most people believe that if they have their computer set for automatic updates that is all they have to do.

The Microsoft update option only downloads and installs critical and security updates.  It does not download and install other updates even though they might be categorized as important or recommended.  The update option also does not download and install hardware drivers even though it searches for them.

Now that you know that, did you also know that if your graphics adapter or sound card does not have the latest driver your computer could continually crash when you use certain programs.

You might ask why we remove the computers from the premises?  Because today many businesses and organizations have a security system to protect their assets and on-site confidential information.  There is no danger of false alarms, etc. if the computers are picked up during your normal work hours and returned during normal work hours and the downtime for your employees is zero.  Additionally,  many businesses and organizations do not have hi-speed Internet service.

What about repairs?  What happens if one of your computers crash?  The overnight service is also available for businesses and organizations who might have an immediate need for repairs and don't wish to wait for several weeks to find out what caused the problem or to have the computer repaired.  Indeed, you might need to recover the data on the crashed computer so that is quickly available for an employee to access it.
