(1) If other work is approved this fee is applied towards the total repair cost.

(2) Windows updates includes critical and recommended updates as well as device driver updates. Non-Windows updates involves updating such software as Roxio, Symantec, WordPerfect, etc.

(3) Windows critical and recommended updates, etc., plus Windows Office updates.

(4) This is the cost of the Windows operating system that will be installed in your computer.

(5) A clean install includes partitioning and reformatting the hard drive and installing the operating system as well as all other software such as your word processor programs, tax programs, games, etc. The Windows operating system software is an additional cost as indicated above. This price also includes updating your computer with all Windows operating system critical and recommended updates.

(6) An upgrade of your operating system involves the installation of Windows XP Pro upgrade software. The Windows upgrade operating system software is an additional cost as indicated above. This price also includes updating your computer with all Windows operating system critical and recommended updates.
