CAN I UPGRADE TO WINDOWS XP?

To help ensure a problem-free operating system, Crytzer Computer Services recommends that you replace your old operating system with a full install of Windows XP Home or Windows XP Professional instead of installing an upgrade over your current version. While an upgrade is easier to install, on many occasions "little problems" are left unresolved. If you had problems before the upgrade you will have bigger problems after the upgrade.
